Incorrect storage amount after Quicken promo was added to my account. Why?

After creating a dropbox account with the free 2GB of storage I added the coupon code from Quicken for an additional 5GB of storage and the 20GB for a new Dell computer.  My account showed the 27 GB of storage.  Today all I can see is the original 2 GB of storage and when I try and add the Quicken code again it says it has been used.  I also had a message that my storage capacity was nearly full.

Hi @DDF17, I hope you're doing well! 

 

You mentioned that your Dropbox account showed the 27GB of storage, after applying your promotions. Is it possible that you have two Dropbox accounts, and that you later on logged to the incorrect account?

I don't think so, but of course it is possible.  I had logged in with the same email and password.  I did delete the account today that said only 2GB and full under my original email and password and created a new account with my other email and a new password.  The new account is also the one that said my Quicken code had been used previously.  How do I make sure I am only functioning with one account.
