My Dropbox is no longer synced. This tells me that I am using 4.48 GB out of 2 GB. However, all of my files are only 255 MB. How can I solve the problem please?

I have the basic plan and have now only one small file in it with a size of 3,687KB and yet my storage is still full.  I've deleted everything in the garbage as well.

Is your Dropbox truly not syncing, or is that an assumption based on your space usage? Have you checked your Backups page?
