I have used Dropbox on my MacBook Pro and iPhone for a while now and like. However, I have created 150GB file on my MacBook Pro. I need to free up space on my HD. I know I can subscribe to Dropbox storage but I already subscribe to iCloud. Can I move this 150GB file to iCloud to free up space on my HD and operate from iCloud? If so, how do I do it.

This sounds like a question for Apple, not Dropbox. If the files are on your hard drive and you want to move them to iCloud, Apple would be the group to talk to.
