Storage Space
Looking for help with managing the storage space in your Dropbox account? Talk to the Dropbox Community and get advice from members.
Our Dropbox is out of storage and have the ability to request more space. Under the admin > help section, both Chat and English Phone are currently unavailable.
We pay for 24/7 Chat Support through our Business Advanced plan, and to not be able to get any response less than 24 hours via email is kind of ridiculous.
24/7 chat support is only Monday through Friday I'm believe https://help.dropbox.com/account-settings/premium-support
Can you try calling support instead?

@Mark Neither are available apparently on Sat and Sunday
