Hello,
Dropbox has backed up some folders on my pc, saturating my dropbox space.
I deleted these files on Dropbox backup, turned off the backup of folders through the desktop app but Dropbox keeps backing up from these folders and warns me that there is no more space.
Tips?
Thanks in advance
Hello Hannah,
of course yes.
Perfect, I just sent you an email, so we can continue there.
Thanks!

Hello,
I've already the same problem:
space available: 3,8GB
space really used: 2,4 GB
space used for dropbox: 27,99 GB
😞
Hi @Mord0r85, I can see that my colleague, Hannah, had reached out to you via email in order for you to investigate there.
Did you have a chance to check the email she sent you?

Hi @Megan , yes, the problem seemed to be solved, but after the trial period of 2TB of usable space the malfunction returned
Hey @Mord0r85, sorry to jump in, but can you spot any files or folders taking up space in your account's homepage or your backups page at all?

Hi @Walter
there are several name of files coming from an automatic backup by Dropbox then removed, but when i click on one of these to open it, Dropbox says that is impossible to open the file, try again later.
In the screenshot you can see these several files impossible to open because are deleted.
There is no more backup.
Thanks for the screenshot @Mord0r85
You haven't responded to my previous question though. Do you see those files on our website in the places I mentioned as well?

Hi @Walter
if I browse on Dropbox website I see only files that was there before this malfunction, or the same files updated. There aren't files or folders taking up space in my account's homepage or my backups page
Hi @Mord0r85, can you try to access and delete any folders within the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/backups/PC ?
