I get the message that my dropbox is full, but I have no files, I have one shared folder that is 5 mb. I also checked the backup files but there are none, but the message stills says that I am using 2.9GB of 2GB.

If you checked your backups page and you don't see any files, can we reach out to you via email, so we can investigate further?
