I have a new account on here. The files I’m trying to send to my dropbox are more than two gigs so I stepped up to the 2 TB and completed the subscription. When I go to import items, it tells me I don’t have enough memory for an 87 kB file. When I go to manage my account and subscription, it tells me to contact customer support

Sorry for the late reply, it seems that the system falsely spammed your thread. 

 

Now, in regards to your storage issue when trying to import content: could you walk me through the process you follow to do that, and which platform  you're using? 

 

Also, if you visit your plan page, what do you see there?
