I have O files content but only 77G available. Contacting Dropbox I received no replies.

If I can't resolve this I want to cancel my account. But the instructions to cancel are unusable. They say go to SETTING GENERAL and CANCEL but there is no link for CANCEL. Pretty astonishing how useless there CONTACT US is.

Sorry @Stuart Greenstein you need to explain more what the issue is. 

 

What exactly is wrong, whats happening etc.? There is no plan that would give 77gb of space (unless it was paid and thats a minimum of 2TB)
