Hi,

My Dropbox keeps saying it’s over the limit, however it’s not.

I’ve removed all files, shared files and emptied the trash.

I was going to attach my Home Screen photo to show it’s empty but i can’t seem to figure out how

Please help!

Hey @Cinderella - sorry to hear about this.

Could you have a look at your account's plan tab and let us know what it reports in regards to your quota exactly?

Do you maybe see any files or folders listed in your backups page that might be taking up space?

Let us know what you find!
