Out of storage space even after deleting all of my files

Hi,

 

I am out of space but I have deleted all of my files.   Any suggestions?

Check your Backups page.

I am using zero space. I have deleted all files ( not sure how to delete directories )

But it says my Dropbox is full and has stopped syncing This is on Dropbox. Basic 28.48 GB used. !!!!

Hey @garbeaux, sorry to jump in here, but could you clarify what exactly is reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

Also, you haven't mentioned, did you find anything on your backups page?

You're likely a member of a folder that someone has shared with you. As the folder exists in your account, it takes up space. Check your Sharing page.
