Hello,
I'm having trouble freeing up space on my Dropbox account. I installed the PC client and accidentally ticked upload folders from my computer. I only have a basic account with 2 Gb of storage which filled up immediately. I've already managed to disable the import of the remaining folders (which would total over 42 Gb), however I don't know how to delete the already uploaded items. I can only see the ones that have been shared and take up 18 Mb of space.
When I open Dropbox in the browser, I am also unable to see or delete them, and I have been unable to find any help.

 

Please do you know how to get rid of the unshared items to free up space to be able to share the folders I need?

Hi there @Petr Zeisek, sorry to hear about this.

 

Can you please let us know what exactly is shown in your plan tab in regards to your quota? 

 

Also, could you navigate your backups page and let me know if you see any files or folders taking up space there?

Hi, thank you for answer. When I open Plan Tab, I can see this.

Problem for me is, that I can not deleted "regular" folders and can only see "shared" files.

The only place, where I can see regular folders is activity window:

And in file explorer / or in dropbox.com is just "Trainning Ostrava", which is correct.

And there are no other files or folders showing in your homepage or your backups page, Petr?

This link does not work. It shows me the error.

 

If I will delete my profile and complete dropbox from my computer, create a new profile with the same name, can it work?
