Receive incorrect alarmist email that Dropbox almost full

I receive emails about Dropbox almost full—soon will stop syncing—might happen with the next file. I have 4,5 GB space and only 2GB are used. The sort of account suggested to solve the problem is 2 TB. This is obviously ridiculous, but how do I stop the emails and could there be a problem?

Hi @Kitchentable, thanks for posting here today! 

 

In regards to the email you received, about your account being full: have you made sure that the email address you received this message to, is the same one that you use for your Dropbox account?

 

As for your second point, you should be able to find the option to unsubscribe on the bottom of the email that you received. Can you check?
