Hi there, I'm having a problem with referral space not showing up on my account.
On the 30th December I invited 2 friends to sign up for DropBox. I sent them invites, which they accepted. The instructions were followed from the invite email, accounts signed up for and the app downloaded onto their iPhones from the iOS Appstore. Once downloaded they signed in successfully. They also confirmed/verified their device when the security email was sent by DropBox. Despite following all the steps, I have not received my referral space.
Looking into it further I found a suggestion that said the verification email may not have been sent to them. Despite being logged in via the app and also in Safari on their phones, they were not able to send a verification email from their account as no such option exists. Even the help page on the DropBox website that said "Send verification email" linked to a broken page... "Ooops not found". Which isn't very helpful.
I really don't understand what the issue is. I am not over my referral quota as to date I have only sent 4 referrals to friends, 2 of which haven't installed apparently, yet they have. Which is the problem I'm trying to solve.
