Smart Sync

Smart Sync

The account our company has is a business advanced so smart sync should be enabled. Whenever I reinstall dropbox, I select online only. Once I do this, all the files begin syncing locally to my computer and when I right click the file there is no option for smart sync. Also the app is prompting me to re-install to save hard drive space but when the admin login is used, nothing happens and it does not reinstall. So I am unable to have smart sync on my computer.

Dropbox needs to be installed on each user account itself and with admin privileges. If thats not happened you need to do a reinstall but via your own account

Also remember that the Smart Sync menu no longer exists when right-clicking a file or folder. Now, you'll just see Make available offline and Make online-only as options on the context menu. They're no longer in a submenu.
