I have 14.25G of space, then I received warning at 10G+ used space, trying to get me to buy more space. 

 

I deleted all files, it shows I have 7G+ space left out of 14G+ available (7G+ space attributed to share files is what the excuse was given), then when I brought in a few low MG files, it said I've used up all spaces, few files used up 7G+, not realistic.

 

There's no customer service to talk to to help rectify matters. All there is a bot that give reasons, not solutions. 

 

I read a community's member message, that person had 10G space, went to try out the 2T for 30 days, after the trial period, decided not to do it, then they gave him back only 2G. 

 

What it tells me, since there is no customer service, there's no help to rectify matters. So even when I subscribe to bigger space, I am concern that if I have issues that I needs to rectify in the future, there will be no help but a bot to give reasons not solutions. 

 

What is the solution? Look somewhere else outside Dropbox? or is there a "REAL" customer service to help clarify & rectify matters going forward?

 

Please advise / share a solution... Thank you.

I don't have backup or external enabled. How do I check for sure. Please let me know how to check.

Hi Jay, this is my follow up email to the one I sent you earlier.

I managed to look up the backup and deleted all the backup files. It still shows my Dropbox space is maxed out.

Please let me know what is the next steps to remove everything (all files) to start on a new slate from "0" files.

Hi @Tanner2208, you should be able to see a camera-like icon. If you click on it, you can attach your pictures here.

 

However, you might need to access our Community, using your computer's browser. As for the email that you mentioned, can you clarify what you're referring to?

Hi Megan,

 

I have attached the screenshot with this email. Please help me understand why the space is full with only 3 items totaling about 100 MB. 

 

I have deleted all my backup files and disabled backup files functions to ensure nothing is there. See all 3 screenshots below. 

 

Please let me know your thoughts & insights.
