Storage changed back to basic from plus

Storage changed back to basic from plus

Anyone know why my storage would change from plus to basic?  I was added to another account but was reverted back. I paid in full last august.   Any ideas of who I can contact?

If you joined someone else's Business team account you would have received a prorated refund for the remaining time on your account. Once your account was converted away from the team and back to an individual account, you would have a Basic account and need to resubscribe again.

You received a refund for your unused time when you joined the Business team. In order to go back to a Plus subscription you'll need to pay again.
