 Hi @Ignacio79 & @Liturgy-Office, happy Monday!

Can you take a look at your account's plan page, and send me a screenshot to let me know too?

Also, can you try to delete any folders within the following link: https://www.dropbox.com/backups/PC?

If the issue remains, don't hesitate to let me know!

I'm having trouble with my account.  It says I'm full, but I see none of my files, there are no backups set up (I checked in https://www.dropbox.com/backup/all), and I have no files currently shared with me.  What can I do to get this working?

Hey @Liturgy-Office, thanks for the screenshot.

Can we actually reach out to you via email, so we can look further into this?

Hi Megan.

Thank you very much for your help. I found those backups and now everything is working perfectly again.

(I couldn´t find them in the backup section)

Great job.

Thanks again

I am having this issue and now completely unable to use dropbox.

there are zero files in my drop box, yet it says i am over my storage limit.

it took me ages to find out how to delete an old backup , but i did delete that eventually and it still says i have the same usage. i'm at a loss.

also why doesn't dropbox have an email address for support??? #helpScreenshot 2024-04-05 at 10.42.44 AM.pngScreenshot 2024-04-05 at 10.43.34 AM.png
