Storage full while there are hardly any files

Hi,

 

I get the error that the storage is full while there are currently hardly any files on there.

It used to be configured to also backup downloads, documents etc but these folders have been removed.

But is seems that it got stuck in the middle of backing up those folders and doesn't want to continue even after removing those folders.

Is there a way to reset this?

Hey @eren-debeuckelaere, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Can you please let us know what exactly is  reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

Also, do you see any large files or folders taking up space on your account's homepage or the backups page?
