Dear all,

 

I was sure that I had some extra space due to inviting other people to dropbox and completing certain "getting started" steps.

Are those only valid for a defenite amount of years?

 

I recently get the message that my space is not sufficient anymore. Furthermore I hade 25 GB from the space race in 2012 but believe that I lost those already years ago as they were temporary only 😉

Hey @erasmusvonrot, thanks for using Dropbox and welcome to our Community!
 

Could you please clarify what exactly is reported in your plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

Also note that space earned through referrals or the get started steps are permanent and won't be removed from your account.
