Storage space difference between Web and Mac App

Storage space difference between Web and Mac App

Hey Guys !

I reached the limit of my 5To plan. I got rid of approx 1,5To and now the website is showing that I use 3,5To out of the 5To which is correct.

But on the app, it is still blocked and showing that i reached the limit...

How should I process for both to synch?

Thank you !

Close and restart the app (or just reboot your computer) and let Dropbox re-index your files.

Thanks for your answer ! I've done that already, I even uninstall and re-install. My team also did the same but it doesn't change still have the same difference between the app and the website 😕

Hi @Emilien917, thanks for the info.

Could you attach a screenshot showing what you're seeing on the desktop that shows the quota amount, while hiding any personal emails or details?

This will help me to assist further!

Thanks for the image. Are you a member of a Dropbox Business team? It could mean that your quota on the team is 3.31 TB, but the team in total is using 5.1 TB, so it's overquota.
