Hi. I had an email from Dropbox saying this as I had more than 2GB storage in my free account (I recently stopped my subscription) so the account would not sync with anything anymore – and indeed it doesn't.
But.... I'm only using 10GB of the 16GB I've earned from referrals - and that's what shows when I log into the account – but still no sync works.
It's infuriating I can't contact support on a free account as this is their fault – has anybody come across this before? Could anybody suggest how I can contact Support and get them to fix this?
