Tried to upload a file but..

Today I tried to upload one photo file from my phone to Dropbox but what happened is that it seems hundreds of files were being uploaded which were already uploaded previously. Now my Dropbox is full so the process seems to have stopped and the photo I wanted to upload hasn't been uploaded. I don't understand why this has happened or how I can go about deleting all these duplicate files. Can anyone offer any advice?

Hey @basilfaulty, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

Did you try to manually upload the file via the (+) button in the Dropbox mobile app or did you enabled the camera uploads feature perhaps?

 

As for deleting the duplicates, you should be able to delete them from our website to make up some space on your account.
