A client asked me to upload files into their folder. They're on the unlimited plan, I'm on basic and I have 6+ gigs free. When I try to upload the files it tells me I don't have enough storage available and that I need to upgrade. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi there @Garin E., sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Shared folders take up space on each account that's a member of the share. How large is the folder in question? If it's larger than your account's overall quota, it's normal that you get this message.

If you only need to upload files to your client's account, you should ask them to open a file request for you from their end instead of sharing the folder with you.

I hope this helps!
