Unable to close the "You only have xx MB of Space left in Dropbox" when using Chrome Browser

When accessing Dropbox via a browser I get the "You only have xx MB of space left in Dropbox". While I seem to be able to click on the "See your options" selection, clicking on the "Close" option does nothing.

I've tried clearing the cache as suggested in another post but this has not resolved the issue.

Strangely it appears only when using the Chrome browser and not Firefox (I haven't tried it with Edge).

Any idea on how to resolve this?

Hi @riccis, thanks for posting on our Community and happy 2023!

Can you please let us know if this persists on an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running?

Also, have you ensured that you're using the most up to date version of Chrome?

Keep me posted!

Hi Walter,

Apologies for the late reply.

Yes...the issue persists even when using Incognito mode with all the extensions disabled in Incognito mode. I can confirm I'm using the latest version of Chrome also.

Any other thoughts?

Thanks for reporting this issue @riccis

Since it seems to be a browser specific issue and we  haven't seen any similar reports lately, all I can suggest for now is to keep your browser up to date.

Let  us know if you have anything else to add.
