Storage Space

So far this has been one of the most frustrating user experiences I ever had. I signed up for free trial yet I was still billed for the Pro monthly amount but I did not get additional storage space, account still says i only have 2GB total available. I checked my bank account and it billed me twice! And I still only have 2GB!

Could you clarify if you upgraded via the Dropbox site directly, or via the Dropbox mobile app?
According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes or Google Play?

To whom it may concern I am very confused as to why i upgraded 2 times in a month and still got emails or constant popups saying i was out of storage space ???????this is UNEXCEPTABLE WHY DIDNT YOU SAY i NEEDED 5000 MORE INSTEAD OF 2000 TWICE!! please correct this!!!

Hey @molly1948, sorry to see you're having trouble here.
If you upgraded two times in a month, it sounds like you probably have two Dropbox accounts, not just one.
You can use our payment lookup tool, to find the email address associated with both payments, to see if you can confirm this as well.
