I got my dropbox account with Quicken. It has 7gb of storage space. I'm using less than 500mb. It says I'm full and need to purchase more.

Please help.

You were absolutely correct. Thank you so much. I was literally pulling my hair out.

Now I will know a place to look.  Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.

Hi,

We've created a shared folder with some colleagues from an external company, and they are getting the message that Dropbox storage is reaching maximum capacity and that they need to upgrade to a Dropbox business plan, but they are using our Dropbox and we already have a business plan and plenty of space.  Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Hey @MCzar, thanks for joining the discussion.

Shared folders take up space on each account that's a member of the share, so I'd suggest that you share a link to the folder instead.

If you'd need them to upload back to your account, you could open up a file request for them instead.

I hope this helps!
