Why am I informed that my Dropbox is full???

I was informed that I have used 2.31 GB out of 2.25 GB of my free space and therefore the Dropbox cannot sync. However I only have 1 Mb of regular files and 110kb of shared files. I don't have any backups either. I don't understand what is going on.

Where are you getting the calculations for 1mb and 110kb of shares? 

 

What does www.dropbox.com/home show?
