Why am I seeing a "You're almost out of space" error when I have plenty of space?

I'm receiving an error "you're almost out of space" every time I try to import documents shared with me. However, I've only used 0.02 GB of my 2.0 GB storage. Now, DropBox is trying to make me upgrade to a subscription package. How do I resolve without the unnecessary paid upgrade?

Hi @lana5, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

You mentioned you're getting this message when trying to add import documents to your account. How large are the files?

Are you trying to add a shared folder to your account?

Any other info or screenshots would be helpful!
