Hi, I just got a message saying I filled up my 2gb of space, while I actually have 10 gb of which 8 only are full. How to solve this?

Hi @noelgall, welcome to our Community! 

 

In regards to your account being full, is it possible that you have any active Backups at the moment? 

 

Also, what does your plan page report? 

 

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

no active backups.

i have a basic plan, on my mobile app it shows 8gb out of 10, on the browser it shows 8gb out of 2...

some years back i "earned" additional gb of space expanding my basic plan from the normal 2 to the current 10 gb....

thanks in advance for your help

Do you look at the same account both online, and on the mobile app? Could you also send me a few screenshots of what you see online, and what on the app?
