How do I open up my storage since it is full. I already deleted most of my files, but storage is still the same as it was when I had the files. It is giving me issues when opening and editing other files. I need assistance. My plan is dropbox basic, 2GB.

Hi @SandraC1, thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you check if you have any backups on your account, or shared folders?

This will help me to assist further!

Yes, I have more backup storage than shared folders.

Are you able to disable your computer backup in order to free up your quota on your account?
