I'm logged into https://www.dropbox.com/ from  browser
It says "Dropbox is full"
1. Uninstall the Dropbox app
2. Missing files in "All Files"
3. Dropbox (Personal) space on my plan
630.4GB/2GB in use
Non-shared files (630.4 GB) Shared files (0 bytes) Unused space (0 bytes)
I don't know what the 630.4GB file is
4. I want to know how to delete 630.4GB of used files

Do you mean that you enabled computer backup on your Dropbox account and it filled up your quota?

Is the issue resolved now or would you like further help perhaps?

Hi @SpaceFull, I hope you’re doing great.

Can you please send me a screenshot of what you see when visiting https://www.dropbox.com/home?

If there are any files saved on your Dropbox account, they should be showing on this page, along with their size.

Let me know when you’ve got more updates!

There was an answer from the support that "the second and subsequent devices will be saved to the basic plan of Dropbox".
I misunderstood that the number of units would be 0 by "disabling backup".
It is expected to be resolved by permanently deleting the deleted files.
I just needed to get the Dropbox Backup specs right.
