still getting Sync stopped due to over quota message even after deleting to <100MB

still getting Sync stopped due to over quota message even after deleting to <100MB

When logged in via browser and I see 2 different warnings...

1) is a "Review asap" banner at top of browser window that sync stopped due to reaching current plan limit and suggest subscribing to a higher plan

2) when i click on my "Account" it has a message added saying i'm using 15.52GB of 8.25GB storage and to either free up space or upgrade

- Deleted files & folders until PC showed less than 100 MB total.

Then logged in via browser and...

- permanently deleted everything in "Deleted files"

- verified "Shared" is empty

- via Account Settings unlinked every device

On each device

- un-installed DropBox app

- rebooted

- re-installed DropBox app

- rebooted

Account Settings shows I'm on the Dropbox Basic plan

Even after doing all above, Dropbox still claims I'm over-quota.

Q: can support do some sort of re-initialization of my quota count?
