Have you actually installed Dropbox on the machine rather than using the version from the App store?

Thank you for reply.

Yes I have down loaded the app from Dropbox but still no joy!

Is this not a Dropbox/Windows 365 mismatch?

Meanwhile have created new folder on my Dropbox and manually move files to it.  This saves them and deletes them from my computer.

A sort of sef service syncing!  BUT this is not how it is meant to be!
