I refuse to be talking to hired phone "technicians" about something that is either a consequence of some new network infrastructure with some new security default, or some high-level country-wide traffic manipulation. It's just a waste of time.
Things will be solved when patches to firmware will be released, or when money will exchange hands. I can't do anything about it.

UPDATE: today 03/07/18 - dropbox has been stable for all day maybe vodafone or "someone" has fixed the issue, update soon if remain stable tomorrow.

Yesterday morning I was out of the office but in the afteroon the conexion was stable but I've noticed that the upload time was longer than usual. Now the conexion is stable also. I'll try the conexion during the day and I let you know later. Thanks

Thanks again to all of you that reported this issue. 

 

We have made a change on our side that should improve connectivity and stability, and are still working with Vodafone to fix the root cause of the problem.

 

In the meantime the experience should already be much better.

 

I'll solve this instance now, but feel free to reach out to support mentioning this post if this issue reappears.

For the final update, today has remained stable ( some disconnections but it reconnect fast it's different ) but nothing to worry about maybe for the implementation of the fix.
