I'm facing an issue uploading files to my account. Can you help me with that?

You know this is really frustrating. I am trying to use my account. I opened a new folder to share files with my audio engineer. Then sat here for ten minutes while my file uploaded only to get a message saying my trial version has ended and I longer have access to dropbox services. I also got a dropdown asking me to to continue the process of signing up. This after having a lengthy conversation weeks ago with someone in support who supposedly took care of the problem. I would appreciate it very much if you'd have someone call at [number removed] and help me get this straightened out because I have deadlines that I have already made promises to keep. Currently we provide phone support for team admins of Dropbox Business subscriptions. Could you confirm what plan you’re on by visiting the following page
Were you on a Dropbox Business team? If not, what kind of trial were you on? If you’re still in a team, you can see who the admin is by visiting this page.
