I've upgraded my account to a paid plan, though I get a message that I'm out of space. Why?

Level 2

I was invited to a dropbox account. I have run out of space on that account. I have since upgraded to the Dropbox Plus. But the icon still indicates "out of space".

Hello

trying going to https://www.dropbox.com/account/plan  and what does it say?  does it still say free plan?  also, did you use the same email address that you used for the free plan when you upgraded? It is possible that you used a different one.   Click on https://www.dropbox.com/account/general  and the email is shown there.
