My computer at home isn't syncing

Dear Sir or Madam

I cannot seem to be able to sync my files with the other computers I have got with dropbox.

Please could you advise me on what to do and the reason that it is not syncing.

Hi Sian, 
As a first step, could you confirm that you have downloaded and installed the stable version of the desktop app (68.4.102) in the other devices as well? 
Could you also ensure that you have connected the same Dropbox account on your other computers too? You can do so by checking the email address that’s associated:
If you’re still having trouble with this, could you send me a screenshot (without personal info)of what is shown on your Dropbox icon that’s next to your desktop’s clock when you hover over it?
