Syncing and server issues with ipad word app

Hi

Im having trouble getting into my dropbox from the word app on my ipad. I can get straight into my files on the dropbox app but cant open them in word and edit them and cant access any dropbox file through word. 

Please help! This has been driving me crazy.

Hey @Jvalenci

Have you submitted a support ticket? If so, let us know your ticket number, and we’ll be happy to check up on it for you. 

Additionally, please make sure that your iPad (and other iDevices winking face) are running the latest version of our app, 92.2, and are fully updated to the latest version of iOS (currently iOS 11.3 for newer devices).

It ended up being a Microsoft Word issue so I contacted them. They ended up fixing the problem and it now works.
