Unable to create shared folder

I am having an issue creating a shared folder, and I have tried using three different browsers. "There was a problem completing this request" continues to come up each time once I select, "I'd like to create and share a new folder." This is not the case if I select, "I'd like to share an existing folder." Help! dropbox.PNG

It's working fine for me. Have you tried to create a new folder without sharing it and then sharing it separately, instead of creating and sharing it in the same step?

Click on New Folder instead of New Shared Folder and see what happens.

Thanks, Rich. I did try that workaround, and I received the same error message when I clicked "Share." For a brief second, a window pops up, as if to allow me to share, and then it's followed by the error message.

You'll want to contact Support directly then, as there could be a problem with the account itself.

Replies take approximately 1 - 3 business days with Plus, Professional and Business users getting priority (longer for Basic users). If you have a Business account that includes chat and/or phone support, those options are available in your Admin console by clicking Help.
