I am trying to make a photobook on Photobox, but when I try to upload from Dropbox, Photobox only sees the folders, not the photo albums.  How can I remedy this, or how can I put the photos from the album into a folder that can be located by Photobox?

You would need to ask PhotoBox, as they're the ones that would have created the interface to Dropbox.

or how can I put the photos from the album into a folder that can be located by Photobox?

Photos you see in an album or on the Photos page within Dropbox are already in a folder somwhere in your account. On the Dropbox website, while viewing an album, right-click on an image and select Show in folder. This will open the folder that the photo is located in.
