files no longer syncing

my files used to sync without a problem. I notice yesterday that files I was working on this week on my home PC did not sync to any other devices (iphone, ipad, work PC) or even to dropbox online.

Is Dropbox running on the comptuer? If so, what does it say when you hover your cursor over the Dropbox icon in your system tray (Windows) or menu bar (Mac).
