Can't upgrade to Dropbox business

Hi Guys,

We recently moved places with our business and had to change our Dropbox billing address from AUS to The Netherlands. To do so Dropbox told me to cancel our Business account and afterwards upgrade using our new address. 

The account has been downgraded which is great, however, all "upgrade" buttons direct me back to my Dashboard and I'm caught in a loop (whilst none of our business files are syncing)...help! Is anyone familiar with this issue? Is there by any chance a representative that is able to help on short notice?

Hey there @SandervdHurk  - sorry to hear about this.

Could you please let me know if this persists on other browsers, an incognito window and/or after clearing your browser's cache

If it does, can you share a screenshot of the page you get redirected to (omitting any personal information if possible) so I can have a better view of the matter at hand? 

Also, are you using an individual account or a team one and are you trying to upgrade an individual plan or a team one? Have you tried doing it through our plans' page directly? 

Any information you think might help is more than welcome of course!

I am in australia and am trying to upgrade my account to business after i cancelled hightail enterprise but it keeps taking me to the landing age in an endless loop.  I am using chrome ive cleared cache and tried incognito and nothing works?

Hi Walter,

Thanks for your reply. It got resolved by deactivating our team entirely and requesting the upgrade afterwards. It's a bit of a messy workaround as all our folders ended up in new locations and we had to grant everyone access to our folders all over but despite that....we're back on track!
