Delete member with invalid email

Explorer | Level 3

I cannot delete a member (ex employee) because it says they don't have a valid email. What do I do? I'm obviously paying for this and it's a security risk.

As an initial point of reference, I’ve posted a walkthrough on how you can go about removing invited members & re-purpose your licenses on your Dropbox Business account here. Please have a look at this conversation at your convenience & let me know how it works for you here. 
Other than that, I ran a search on our system & I could see that your latest support request was automatically closed due to inactivity. Have you been able to receive my colleague’s message?
