Dropbox Business folder not showing on Ipad / Iphone Acrobat

Explorer | Level 4

Hello

When trying to open a folder from dropbox business, and selecting open with Acrobat reader, it does not open, it does nothing.

When I go to actobat to select the file from the dropbox location, I only see my team holder and no the main business folder.

Why is this?

As a first step, could you please ensure that you’ve linked your Dropbox account with the Adobe Acrobat app? Could you also ensure that you’ve got the latest version of Adobe Acrobat for iOS?

If you’re still having trouble with this, could you please send me a screenshot (omitting personal info) of the behavior you’re experiencing so as to have a better image of your concern?

Thanks in advance! slightly smiling face
