Files not showing up on new laptop

I recently got a new Macbook Pro and installed Dropbox. After a few days of waiting, still the main folder I work with for our corporation.

The files and folders show up just fine on my iMac and my phone.

All other folders are shown perfectly, it's only this one team folder that is not showing for some reason and it looks like it's a backend problem. Chat could not help nor understand the issue. (Ticket #8674150)

Screenshot 2018-12-17 16.46.26.png1. Here is a shot of what the folder should look like as it does online and on my iMac. Everything is set to be online only. I will sync whatever my needs are before I hit the road. Or whatever project I work on.

2. Here's a shot of the folder how it currently looks like in the new MacBook Pro. All other folders are also 'online only' and are showing the contents of the folders. However this one shows up empty.

Just want to note out to the public that the Dropbox team actually did not do anything to help this matter progress. On top of providing very unhelpful answers and a long run around our own IT team had to solve this. So we used our own corporate resources to get this matter resolved and it's highly concerning that the level of help is this poor from one of our most important tools we use at the company.
