How can I cancel my subscription on my account?

Did not cancel trial in time. In reading other posts, it seems very difficult or impossible to seek a refund. Is there any way to have a partial refund by cancelling licences ? I have put myself in a difficult situation with an unexpected and unwanted 1050.00 charge. Anything to be done ?

Unfortunately nobody here can help. You need to log a ticket and ask nicely explaining the situation - just remember that the T&C's you agreed to did state no refunds.

I ran a small search on my end and I was able to locate your open request on our system which is being handled by a higher level of Support.

Hi Norah,

 

I hope you can help. I have just discovered that I am in the same situation as jasnord - my free trial has ended on an Sunday and caught me out. I am actually quitting my job and will no longer need the Business plan. I have submitted a cancellation request today but wondered if that will be enought o receive a full refund or is there anything else I need to do or in order to reclaim this mistaken expenditure.
