How do I change a team members name in dropbox business?

New member | Level 2

We had an account was used for our interns, that now one of those interns has been hired, and i'd like to change the account to his name rather than Intern. But I can't seem to find how to do that. I successfully changed his email, but no name options are there. Anyone know how to do this?

Hi there @skalawag

Admins of the team won't be able to change the username of the Dropbox account in question, but the member who has access to it can by following the steps outlined here

I hope this helps!
