I have just switched to business from personal - do my employees need to sign back as business? I have sent them an invite but unsure how this works? They are currently using my personal account.

Hey @grahamvard, I’d happily send you the relevant steps to get started with your Dropbox Business team; thanks for checking in with us! 
 
As it’s my understanding that you’re the team admin, let me briefly clarify that you should be able to manage your team’s membership through your admin console Graham. As you mentioned that you’ve already invited some employees, you could check back on the invite status from the Members tab. From there, you could send reminders for all pending invites following the steps outlined here or you can delete Members & re-purpose your licenses following the steps I’ve posted here. You can also use this resource as a quick start-up guide.
