Non-Team Members Emails Not Displaying

Hi,

My company has a business account with Dropbox. Our primary use case is to manage the document sharing between our employees. However, we also use freelancers from time to time and it's hard to track their work in dropbox. I want to automate an activity report each week from non-team members (freelancers) to see who uploaded files into the freelancer folder. This indicates to me which freelancers did work for that week and then I can reach out to them to ask them to send me an invoice. What's the best way to do this?

Currently, there isn’t a way that you can set the activity log to create a report once a week automatically - however, I’d be more than happy to pass your comments along to the dev team for future consideration! 
 
Additionally, I wanted to mention that, depending on the Business subscription that you’re on, you can filter what has occurred within the team on a folder/file level or on an activity level. 
 
You can find a visual illustration of the differences between Standard and Advanced Business in regards to the Activity tab in the admin console in this thread by @Jay
