Hey there @NSFA - how are you today?

If you're part of a Dropbox for Business team, your Team's admin can view the details of your transaction history from the Admin Console at:  

https://www.dropbox.com/team/admin/billing/history

If you're on an individual account and plan, you can view your Dropbox invoices and transaction history on the Billing tab of your account settings here: 

https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing

If you upgraded through an app store of your mobile device, note that for Apple, you should be able to view your invoice directly from the App Store following the instructions outlined in this article: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2727

You also should have received an email with the invoice within 12 hours of the original purchase. 

For the Google Play store, follow these instructions:

If you're still having troubles with this, please log a ticket with our support team through our official channels so we can help with all of our tools available (this is the best way to get assistance with account specific and billing inquiries)
